Low-calorie summer jelly!
At the top – cream and berries, at the bottom – strawberry puree (strawberry mashed with a fork and sugar) and strawberries.
250g cream (low-fat)
sugar (into the cream 4 tablespoons, to the puree – 2 tablespoons)
berries: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries – how many you want.
gelatin, 2 bags of 20 gr
(for sour cream part – 20g dissolve in 150 ml of warm water,cool, add to the sour cream.)
(for mash – 200g dissolve in 250 ml of water,cool, add to the mash)
Filled the bottom layer with berries and let it frozen for 2.5 hours, then filled the top part with berries and put into the freezer for 2 hours more.
You can put any berries you like and decorate as you want.
