One pack dough cake
500 g. strawberry
1 cup of water
1 cup of sugar
0,2 cup of gelatin
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 tbsp. lemon juice
Take one pack of dough for the pie. Cook it in the oven according to the instructions on the packaging. Let it cool down for a while.
Take a pan and place it over the middle heat. Put water, sugar, strawberries, gelatin, cornstarch and lemon juice into the heated pan. Stir thoroughly until all the ingredients form a single mass. Keep it on the heat until the mixture thickens. Finally remove it from the fire. The filling is ready. Give it some time to cool down.
Wash and thoroughly clean the strawberries. Cut the biggest strawberries into 4 pieces. Put pieces on the dough. After it, pour the strawberry mixture. Give your cake some time to soak. Remove the cake from the mold and cut it into equal pieces according to the number of your guests.
