2 cups of strawberries
1 cup of yogurt
Heavy cream – 1/4 of cup
Sugar – 6 tablespoons
Lemon juice – 1/2 pcs.
Pinch of cinnamon
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Combine all ingredients in a blender to the homogeneous mass.
3. Pour the mass in the tray.
4. Put into the freezer for 2 hours.
5. Remove the mixture, it should be frozen on the sides and started to set in the middle and should have a beautiful consistency.
6. Load it into a blender, whip and again put again into the freezer for 2 hours.
7. The ice cream is ready, and you can safely eat it, if you can’t wait anymore, but you can whip it one more time and put into the freezer until needed.
